Booking/Cancellation Policy
For all bookings we require a deposit of 50% to confirm the booking. Any deposit must reach us within 5 days of making the booking. We will send you an email or letter confirming the booking. The balance is due on departure.
We accept the following forms of payment: cash, cheque with bankers card, debit and credit card, though not American Express.
The deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled within six weeks of arrival.
If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival, the full cost of the reservation is payable. We will endeavour to re-let the accommodation on your behalf and, if successful, you would not be responsible for the full cost of the accommodation.
Check in/Check out
Check-in is from 4pm, though we would be pleased to welcome you earlier, by prior arrangement, if your room is ready for you, or if you wish to drop off your luggage.
Check-out is by 10.30am.
